How long does delivery take?

Courier delivery is 2–4 working days to most South African addresses. Orders over R1 200 ship free; otherwise flat-rate R95.

How do I pay?

After placing your order we email you payment instructions. Nothing is charged online — your order is reserved once payment reflects.

Can I collect my order?

Yes. Choose Collection at checkout and we'll contact you to arrange a time and place.

Are your products safe to use with medication?

Our remedies are made from whole plants, but if you're on chronic medication, pregnant, or breastfeeding, please speak to your healthcare practitioner first.

How should I store my remedy?

Keep products in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Refrigerate anything that says so on the label.

Do you accept returns?

Because these are consumable wellness products we can't accept opened returns. If something arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days and we'll replace it.
